Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 medium zuccini (shredded)
- 1/3 cup goat cheese (mashed)
- 1/3 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 tsp salt pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into a pie plate greased with olive or coconut oil. Bake for 30 minutes or until slightly browned on top and toothpick comes out clean.
