I received my initial training from the National Association of Certified Natural Health Practitioners. I learned many different theories and practices in the field of natural health practices that do not involve orthodox drugs or surgical procedures.The philosophy is to respect an individual’s lifestyle choice while supporting the least invasive methods of health care maintenance.

As a CNHP (Certified Natural Health Practitioner), I have learned a variety of techniques necessary to promote balanced living and the prevention of disease.

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.

I also became certified as a Digestive Health Specialist with the Food Enzyme Institute where I learned how to guide others to maintain homeostasis through the use of diet and nutrition by emphasizing and facilitating proper digestion, absorption, assimilation, and elimination.

Then, I became Board Certified by the International Board of Coaches and Practitioners as a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Success/Life Coach, Practitioner of T.I.M.E Techniques and Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques.

During my nutritional training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

Over the years since 2011, my quest for continued education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health and success coaching, mind/body relationship and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of a variety of modalities, I work with clients to help them create lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
