20 organic chicken wings (I love the Kirkland Organic Party Wings at Costco)
Avocado oil (avocado oil makes the wings more crisp-also available at Costco)
Hot Sauce (I like Naturesta. Try to avoid hot sauces with chemicals!)
Preheat at oven to 400 degrees. Rinse chicken wings and blot dry with paper towels. Line parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Place wings on cookie sheet. Lightly drizzle avocado oil over wings. Flip each wing so both sides have oil on them but do not drizzle additional avocado oil on the other side. Put wings in oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, if there is an accumulation of oil and chicken juice, drain most excess oil/chicken juice. I just tilt the cookie sheet and drain oil into a container paper cup and then discard. Then, re-spread out the wings and add a few drops of hot sauce to each wing and loosely spread. Flip and repeat. Place wings back in oven for another 20 minutes or so until crisp.
This is one of my family’s fave appetizer or meal. So simple and so delicious. Perfect on a Sunday night:).
