Ingredients:
1 can black beans ( I like Eden Organic) Drain and rinse beans
1/2 cup of your favorite salsa ( I love Sunbelt Organic from Costco)
handful of fresh cilantro
juice of 1 small lime
1 tsp cumin
sea salt to taste
Remove and toss stems from cilantro and chop leaves loosely. Add all ingredients to a blender or NutriBullet until smooth. Use as dip with veggies or organic chips.
