Plain Chia Pudding
1/4 cup or 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Cup Coconut milk (unsweetened)
Sweetener:
1 Dropperful Sweat Leaf Vanilla creme or
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
Topper: Fresh or frozen wild blueberries and pomegranate seeds or other choices of fruit
Mix all ingredients except fruit until well blended. Transfer to mason jar. Let sit for 3 minutes. Stir again. Cover and put in fridge for at least 20 minutes or overnight. Top with fresh or frozen wild blueberries and pomegranate seeds or other desired fruit.
Banana Chia Pudding
1 Banana
1/3 cup Coconut milk
2 Tbsp Chia seeds
Blend banana in bowl or blender until creamy smooth. Add coconut milk and chia seeds and stir together. Transfer to small mason jar. Let sit for 3 minute and stir again. Cover and put in fridge for at least 20 minutes or overnight. Add desired fruit on top when serving.
