Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp cooked quinoa
- 2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Dill Paste (in a tube found in produce section)
- 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence (dry spice)
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg, beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend all ingredients together well. Transfer to a lightly oiled loaf pan. Pinch edges with fork away from sides of pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes until center reaches 165 – 170 degrees.
