Ingredients:
1 Tbsp organic non-refined coconut oil
16-20 oz wild shrimp (about 20 shrimp for 4 servings)- I like the frozen wild shrimp at Costco
1 cup organic riced cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
1 handful of organic green beans (fresh or frozen)
1 cup sliced organic portabello mushrooms
2 Tbsp coconut aminos
1/2 tsp chili powder
Directions:
Heat pan on med heat. Then add coconut oil until melted or heated. Add remaining Ingredients. Stir and sautee until cooked through. If veggies and shrimp are frozen, cover with lid or foil for about 5-10 minutes to heat more efficiently.
