Notes

I love this dressing as it has the healing properties of apple cider vinegar along with the brain building essential fats we need.   I try to have apple cider vinegar daily because it not only tastes good but it has amazing benefits.  It contains hefty amounts of calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, malic acid (very helpful in fighting infections from harmful bacteria and fungus) and pectin (which has been found to regulate high blood pressure). Apple Cider Vinegar has also been found to greatly improve digestion and eliminate heart burn, clear skin irritations (like acne and contact dermatitis), assist in chronic fatigue conditions, help relieve constipation and assist in weight control by breaking down unwanted fat in the body.
Adding Udo’s oil blend is also a great way to get your Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) that your body craves.  Your brain is 60% fat.  With the misleading low fat diet craze, many people are not getting the (good) fats they need to help absorb their nutrients Therefore the body starts “stealing” fat from the brain.
Keep in mind how crucial in particular with neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, MS, ADHD, that there is EFA supplementation in the form of fish oil, krill, coconut oil, flax, etc.
Who knew dressing could provide so much bang for the buck!
