Edamame Spaghetti with Shrimp

Ingredients:

8 oz Organic Edamame spaghetti

1 Tbsp First pressed olive oil

20 oz Wild shrimp (about 24 shrimp)

2-3 Tbsp coconut aminos

black pepper

Directions:

Boil water in pot to cook edamame spaghetti. Add a few drops of olive oil to keep pasta from sticking and a dash of salt to flavor the pasta.

While water is boiling. Heat saute pan on med/low heat.  Then add Olive oil.  Then add  shrimp.  Sautee lightly.  When water is boiling, add edamame spaghetti.  Reduce to med heat and cook for only 2-3 minutes or until desired. Then drain under cold water to keep it from cooking longer.  Add edamame  spaghetti to cooked shrimp.  Then add Coconut aminos,  You may adjust amount to desired taste. Add black pepper to season.

An alternate version that is also delish is to substitute the coconut aminos with your fave marinara sauce. Totally different taste but soooooo good.
