  • Dill Blend by Gourmet Garden OR fresh or dried dill with salt and pepper to taste

Notes

I buy my Wild Sockeye Salmon steaks from Costco in the frozen section.  That way, I always have salmon in the freezer and ready to go.  They also thaw super quick (20 minutes) if you put them in a bowl of cold water.  The Dill Herb blend is from Gourmet Garden and it’s all organic found in the produce section of your supermarket.  The blend is delicious and they have lots of other blends as well. Enjoy!
