Metabolism Moving Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can organic navy beans
  • 1 can organic red kidney beans
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 10 baby carrots sliced
  • 6 celery sticks sliced
  • 4 tablespoons of horseradish with beets
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together.
