I Gained 7 Pounds This Summer
It was a rough summer. It pains me to admit that I did, in fact, gain 7 pounds. I hit the highest number on the scale than I have in years. This summer was a sad and stressful time as our family lost 2 great patriarchs just a week apart who will be sorely missed.
