This is my toilet and, no, you can’t look inside! I had some of the following signs of parasites that you may have also…
· Grinding teeth at night in my sleep
· Food sensitivities – especially to dairy and gluten
· Digestive issues such as constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating
· Unexplained skin issues such as hives, rashes, rosacea, eczema
· Unexplained weight gain or loss
· Itchy butt (sorry-no gentle way to otherwise describe!)
· Never feeling full or satisfied after meals
· Iron deficiency or anemia
· Had food poisoning but never fully recovered
· International travel
· Fatigue
· Depression and anxiety and frequent feelings of apathy
Parasites are actually extremely common. In fact, if you eat sushi, rare meat, take acid blockers (these inhibit the production of stomach acid which limits your body from naturally killing off bugs and bacteria so they can’t enter your colon) and swim in lakes, it is likely that you have parasites, too.
My big symptoms were teeth grinding, low iron (despite supplementation) and never feeling full or satisfied after meals. So, I did a parasite cleanse a few years ago. I didn’t notice much passing in the toilet but my teeth didn’t seem to grind as much. However, a few weeks ago, I thought it was time to try again as I read about an effective new (to me…) protocol. Well, I’ve had some interesting things moving out! It’s actually pretty gross but I’m just so happy they are coming out of me. Better out than in, as Grandma Ida always said!
Oftentimes parasites are that missing link that many convectional docs may not see. Actually, it is missed in testing also, providing many false negatives.
I had a stool test and it was negative. This is because parasites often attach themselves to the colon lining and don’t move. Therefore, if they aren’t moving around in the colon, they won’t come out in the stool. I figured that if I had some of the symptoms, especially the teeth grinding, I most likely had some of those buggers.
In fact, many infections such as lyme and cancer nearly always have parasites associated with them. For Lyme Disease, it is strategically one of the first things to eradicate before going after the actual Lyme bacteria as parasites actually house some of the Lyme bugs.
Yup, I’m not alone, my friends, and probably in good company with most of you. For example, why would we think our pets would exclusively have these critters and not us? As we do with our pets, we need to get them out and start getting rid of those mysterious symptoms.
