Goat Cheese and Yogurt Dip

 

 

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. goat cheese
  • 1 heaping tsp Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • Optional- 2 or 3 Tbsp crushed walnuts

Directions

Blend goat cheese and yogurt until smooth (can use blender but can get similar effect by mixing vigorously with a fork). Add honey and blend well.  Fold in nuts if desired.

Notes

This is an amazingly simple and delicious dip.  It is chock filled with protein as well as a hint of sweet.  I love adding the walnuts as it gives an added boost of flavor and texture.  For Thanksgiving, I spooned out balls onto individual leaves of bok choy which made a beautiful presentation with the taste our family could not get enough of!
