As I have been saying to you for years, fat does not make you fat!  Good fat can help you lose weight.  In fact, you need GOOD fat for everything from nourishing the brain to vitamin and mineral absorption function and so much more.  Avocados, nuts, eggs, coconut oil and avocado oil are among the healthy fats that I enjoy in my diet every day.
