Living a clean, healthy lifestyle in our very toxic world can sometimes be challenging if you don’t know what to look for.
Over the years, I have found certain companies who I trust, have amazing and clean products with soulful missions to help spread the message of promoting non-toxic food and ingredients.

Aqua Tru – Clean, filtered water is essential for our bodies but scarce in our toxic world. I order shower filters from Aqua Tru for all of my showers. Your skin is your largest organ. Add heat to the water that opens up your pores and any chemicals or residues or heavy metals in the water get into your body via your skin! So, I always start my day with clean filtered water to clean and hydrate my skin.

Zero Water– While this does not provide the total filtration of a reverse osmosis system, Zero water is a great inexpensive option for drinking water. Molekule Air Purifier – We often don’t think about the air we breathe as we take for granted that it should be cleaned. However, it needs to be filtered just as our water and food. Cosmetics and Skin Care – Our skin is our largest organ and we absorb toxins through our skin just as if we ingested them! Buying clean, non-toxic cosmetics is often difficult to determine as the FDA does not require ingredients on the labels. However, the Environmental Working Group has made it easy with their Skin Deep Database—and it’s free. They even make it super easy with their free App.

You can check out how YOUR cosmetics and skin care rank. Even easier, they supply a list of EWG certified brands and products. Some of the top brands are Mala’s Mineral Galaxy, Mineral Fusion, Rejuva Minerals, and W3LL PEOPLE. I also like Beautycounter.com and annmarie as great options that have clean ingredients and work well.
I personally buy my make up from Beautycounter,com and I love my annmarie skin care cleanser and moisturizer that is so clean and smells amazing (and they always have great sales!).

Do your best to lessen the toxic load to keep your immune system at its strongest to fend off any foreign viruses or bacteria. A good defense is an even better offense!
