Thankful for the Sweeter Things in Life
While most of us are preparing for the big Food Fest, you can still indulge in delicious home-baked goodies that are still delicious, sweet and satisfying. What they are missing are things you won’t notice at all– sugar and wheat flour. To follow are all gluten free with no sugar (using naturally sweet alternatives) and took only a few hours time to make (yes, all of them!) These quick and easy delights are indeed family faves that get gobbled up quicker than I can make them.
You don’t have to be a coconut nut to enjoy these light but seemingly indulgent delights.
Protein packed and perfect for dessert or a sweet treat for breakfast.
Flour less and soft-on-the-inside for the peanut butter lover.
These crunchy, nutty bites are so sweet and satisfying.
What is Thanksgiving without delicious biscuits? This gluten free high protein twist has that soft inside that is perfect for dipping gravy.
One of the convenient reasons to make these is that they can be made ahead of time. I made these treats on Sunday and put them all in the freezer so they will all travel well and taste perfectly fresh for the big day.
Have a great Thanksgiving and remember to take a moment to give thanks for all the wonderful things in your life.
