[Thanksgiving Recipes] My Thanksgiving Menu Part 1 of 7

Thanksgiving is just around the corner!

So, while I always put a healthy spin on my holiday meals, I never compromise on taste. And everyone always goes up for seconds as they gobble gobble up the festive goodies.

Starting today, I invite you to check out part of my menu as we count down the days until Thanksgiving.

Each day, check your inbox for each course as I share exactly what my family and guests will be feasting on:

  • Appetizers – Creamy black bean dip and slightly sweet goat cheese and yogurt dip
  • Soup – Savory butternut squash soup
  • Turkey (no description needed!)
  • Stuffing – Heavenly quinoa stuffing
  • Side – Rich mashed cauliflower
  • Side – Roasted Veggies
  • Side – Super salad with beans and olives
  • Dessert – Delectable banana cream pie (yum, yum and yum!)
  • Dessert – Yummy granola cookies

Let’s start off with an appetizer to get things going.

We always love this black bean dip with veggies or rice crackers or almond crackers or cassava chips… as everyone starts rolling in.

For those who like it on the sweeter side, we enjoy this yummy goat cheese and yogurt dip.

Look out for tomorrow’s email where you can check out the best (and easiest!) butternut squash soup.

And if you want to check out what I regularly eat, feel free to download my shopping list as another Thanksgiving gift for you:).
