In today’s society, we often associate that more is better.  It’s better to do two things at once than just one.  It’s better to own more gadgets.  It’s better to make more money so we can buy lots more gadgets.  However, the one thing that is not better is having more ingredients in the foods we eat.  That’s why I always strive to influence you all to make the majority of what you eat, one-ingredient foods, the way they were meant to be eaten.

We need to take a lesson from our earliest ancestors regarding food.  They may not have had the technology we have today, but they certainly had it right when it came to the food they ate.  As a matter of fact, they knew the importance of what they ate and what foods were good for different parts of their bodies.  They didn’t need any fancy tools to do that (and neither do you!), they just took a good luck at what they ate.  It is truly amazing.
